 Store Manager – Full time

An experienced and passionate retail Store Manager is needed to run our one of our Central London store locations.

The candidate must be able to provide the highest levels of customer service; deal with customer service issues; to drive the business to its maximum potential and achieve targets.  To ensure day to day operation is smooth.

Ecommerce Manager – Head Office – Full time

The role will be responsible for leading Blink’s ecommerce platform, digital marketing efforts and developing Blink’s current website in to a world-class and easy shopping experience.

Working with the Head of Marketing, you will build a comprehensive and carefully considered ecommerce and CRM programme, which will drive the ecommerce platform and develop the reach of Blink’s online audience.

There will also be close collaboration with the sales team to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities and have an overview of our partner retailer’s online channels where Blink is sold.

This is a vital function, which will have a direct impact on the company’s position in the market and brand awareness. The role requires a hands-on, driven and highly competent digital professional who has a good understanding of the retail industry and has their finger-on-the-pulse when it comes to digital trends.

The Detail

  • Maintenance of Blink website and its functionality
  • Developing and driving the digital campaigns to deliver optimum sales results
  • Building a world-class website in time for a digital relaunch with a new platform, design and all relevant capabilities
  • Reporting on website performance and sales.
  • Daily monitoring of revenue sources and growth of revenue.
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and driving traffic to the website through a broad mix of digital marketing tools.
  • Development and input in the marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing to grow the ecom platform and maintain a multi-channel approach to Blink retail.
  • Develop and manage a CRM programme with guidance to support and nurture our loyal customer base.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Web design and development experience.
  • Website management experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical know-how.
  • Confident working with programmers and designers.
  • Knowledge of building digital acquisition and retention schemes
  • Set direction, brief and deploy internal, partner and agency resources to achieve our objectives.
  • Creation of segmentation and precise targeting using digital marketing skills.
  • Optimising and advising on product and content items to drive revenue.
  • Achieving personal, team and company KPI targets.
  • A good understanding of web analytics with and be able to apply data, insight and research findings to inform planning.

Retail Marketing Manager – Head Office – Full time

The role will be responsible for leading Blink’s retail channels’ marketing efforts and developing a retail marketing calendar for Blink’s new launches, services and existing product portfolio.

Working with the Head of Marketing, you will build an exciting, comprehensive and carefully considered marketing strategy to promote Blink Brow Bar as the leading luxury brow brand in the UK and US. You will also be responsible for driving our retail partners as well as own boutiques and increase brand awareness amongst Blink’s target customer base.

There will also be close collaboration with the sales team to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.

This is a vital function, which will have a direct impact on the company’s position in the market and brand awareness. The role requires a hands-on, driven and highly competent marketing professional who has a good understanding of the retail industry and has their finger-on-the-pulse when it comes to beauty trends.

The Detail

  • Creating and maintaining Blink’s retail marketing calendars
  • Developing and driving the marketing campaigns to deliver optimum sales results
  • Work closely with the sales teams to answer retailer demands, promotional calendars and anniversarise peak numbers
  • Creating and implementing clear brand guidelines – together with Head of Marketing and the Creative Manager
  • Planning and developing assets for marketing campaigns including advertising visuals with Head of Marketing, the NPD Manager and the Creative Manager
  • Working with external PR agency to ensure maximum share of voice within press and ultimately driving traffic to retail through a broad mix of opportunities
  • Working with external PR agency and the Marketing Assistant to develop an engaging and exciting content and social media plan to complement marketing campaigns
  • Identify and implement brand partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and manage an events programme to support and nurture our loyal customer base and recruit new customers in to the brand
  • Brief and manage the creative process for collateral with the Creative Manager
  • Work with VM partners to create + implement VM solutions for marketing campaigns across retail channels
  • Launch and implement a Loyalty CRM scheme for our services across the Blink retail estate
  • Conduct regular market and consumer research to ensure we are answering market needs
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure a consistent omni-channel approach across Blink’s retail channels
  • Act as brand guardian and ensure information for launches and campaigns is disseminated across the wider business, Operations, Education and entire sales force

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of creating, planning and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Innovative problem solver with a ‘can-do’ hands-on approach to retail marketing
