BAFTA 2016: Beauty on the Red Carpet

Last night, Hollywood’s finest celebrated the 2016 EE BAFTA Awards at London’s Royal Opera House, and the red carpet did not disappoint! Here are our pick of the ceremonies best make-up looks:

Nominated for her role in Brooklyn, Saoirse Ronan dazzled in a heavily decorated Burberry gown and statement necklace. With her hair loosely pulled back, Saoirse’s make-up is all about her eyes, with a subtle feline flick and bold brushed up brows (possibly our brow pick of the night!).

Kate Winslet won Best Supporting Actress for her role on Steve Jobs and wowed in a classic LBD. Her light blonde hair contrasts perfectly with her dark brows and bold red lip for classic red carpet glamour.

Rooney Mara‘s pretty matte skin and nude lip worked perfectly with her slick back hair and dark eyebrows. Wearing a beautifully detailed, crochet dress she looked wonderfully elegant and every inch the movie star.

Emilia Clarke‘s on-trend bob was soft and and perfectly tousled. Emilia stuck to natural make-up with a pinky lip and peach blush. Her darker brows created definition to her eye area, completing the look beautifully.
